SkillCareerHub Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws, and, as between you and SkillCareerHub, SkillCareerHub owns and retains all rights in the SkillCareerHub Content and the Services.

IN NO EVENT WILL SkillCareerHub BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, BASED ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
